Some 355 patients were included, and adjuvant atezolizumab-mFOLFOX6 was associated with improved disease-free survival (hazard ratio for disease recurrence or death 0.50, 95 per cent confidence interval 0.35 to 0.73, P<0.001). No significant difference in adverse events of grade 3 or 4 was observed between groups.
Comment: Immunotherapy is now extending its benefit into the adjuvant setting for dMMR colon cancer.
